Job Title: Career Development Specialist

Program: Youth Development

Salary: $53,000-$60,000

General Responsibilities:

We’re looking for a passionate and experienced professional to help guide young adults on their career journey. As an Employment Specialist, you’ll provide personalized support and targeted services that empower our youth to reach their career development goals and build brighter futures.

Required Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in social work or related social service field
• Two years of relevant experience working in career development
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Desired Skills:

• Experience working with at-risk or system-involved young adults is strongly preferred.
• Master Degree a Plus
• Bilingual in Spanish a plus
