What kind of teammate are we looking for?

Currently studying in the 3rd or 4th grade of relevant university departments (e.g., Business Administration, Psychology, Industrial Engineering, etc.)

Preferably with internship experience in Human Resources, especially in Learning & Development or Employee Experience

Enthusiastic about pursuing a career in Human Resources

Highly motivated towards the FMCG (fast-moving consumer goods) sector

Proficient in using MS Office programs effectively

Advanced proficiency in English

Strong analytical and data analysis skills

Ability to work effectively across functions and teams
