Job Title: Career Launch Analyst (Enabler, Administrator)

Location: Cairo, Egypt

Role Purpose

The Career Launch Analyst plays a pivotal role in delivering a seamless and engaging onboarding experience for new joiners. Acting as a key enabler, this role supports candidates from offer acceptance through Day 1, ensuring all onboarding activities are executed efficiently and with a high level of candidate care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the single point of contact for candidates from offer acceptance to start date.

  • Deliver a personalized and engaging onboarding experience for each candidate.

  • Coordinate with Recruitment, Background Check (BGC), and Mobility teams to track and manage onboarding pipelines.

  • Support candidates with logistical needs such as NJX enrollment, hardware allocation, and onboarding setup.

  • Provide timely updates to recruiters, candidates, and HR operations on onboarding progress and timelines.

  • Liaise with Hiring Managers post-offer acceptance until Day 1 to ensure readiness and alignment.

  • Assist candidates with relocation and visa sponsorship requirements, offering guidance throughout the process.

  • Conduct weekly connects with recruiters, BGC, and mobilization teams to ensure smooth onboarding flow.

  • Build positive relationships with candidates to foster trust and ensure a smooth onboarding journey.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively

  • High attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, reporting, and basic analytics

  • Customer service orientation with a problem-solving mindset

  • Ability to manage time-sensitive tasks and prioritize effectively

  • Familiarity with HR systems and onboarding processes is a plus
