Career Opportunities: Driver, Heavy Vehicles (14009)

Job Summary/Purpose:
Provide driving services of heavy vehicles as per set standards of safety Al-Sayer Group.

Responsibilities:

 Operational:
1. Operate commercial vehicles such as Half Lorry, Fork Lift, Truck, Staff Bus, Tanker etc... to transport passengers, goods and the company guests.
2. Plan the shortest route using technology in order to ensure that the passengers and goods are transported quickly and safely.
3. Ensure delivery of goods and passengers on time.
4. Periodic check the maintenance and service of assigned vehicles.
5. Ensure the safety and security of passengers and goods in transit.
6. Maintains accurate, up-to-date records on trip sheets, customer transportation forms, vehicle maintenance, fuel purchases, incident reports, accident reports, vehicle condition reports and other records that are requested by the Store Keeper.
7. Regularly check the oil, tires, and batteries of all the vehicles and perform minor maintenance tasks of assigned vehicle.
8. Adhere to all the traffic laws and regulations of the Ministry of Interior of State of Kuwait.
9. Maintain driving the assigned vehicle(s) for job-related functions and tasks only.
10. Timely notify the branch admin regarding Vehicle registration renewal and act accordingly to renew it on time.
11. Coordinate with customers and workshop staff for door-to-door service.
12. Answer customer calls/enquiries pertaining to vehicle service/garage timings as and when needed.

 Adhere to Al-Sayer Group policies and health and safety regulations.
 Perform other duties as requested by management.
