Job Summary/Purpose:
To ensure vehicles meet quality and efficiency standards set by the company.
Responsibilities:
1. Organize the vehicle servicing and repair functions including receiving and delivering vehicles as scheduled and according to priorities defined, and coordinate with Service Advisor and workshop staff.
2. Receive Job Cards from the designated area.
3. Ensure prioritizing the processed and completed job cards to ensure timely delivery of vehicles.
4. Ensure that the performed job on the assigned vehicle was done correctly
5. Execute a thorough final inspection on the assigned vehicles.
6. Perform the road test if required.
7. Display work progress on the control board and the job card QC remarks.
8. Reinspect the rejected vehicle after rework and release the vehicle if all the nonconformance, abnormality detected are cleared.
9. Receive Job Cards after work completion, sign on behalf of Team Leader. Close the Job on the computer and stamp the Job Card "JOB COMPLETED".
10. Display Jobs completed and waiting Quality Control on the Communication Board.
11. Represent Team Leader in all matters and discussions relating to quality system improvements in assigned work area.
12. Conduct monthly analysis of the rejections in order to highlight major defects for continual improvement.
13. Check and rectify any repeat job before advancing to workshop.
14. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of rules and regulation of Ministry of Interior, Traffic, the Standard Operating Procedures, and safety of the assigned vehicles.
15. Ensure implementation of 4s in the workshop.
Prepare periodic and ad hoc reports and presentations.
Document and maintain records of activities and process workflows on internal communication portals.
Adhere to Al-Sayer Group policies and health and safety regulations.
Perform other duties as requested by management.
