Perform diagnosis and determine warranty claims for vehicles.

Job Responsibilities


Responsibilities:

 Operational:
1. Inspect vehicles marked for warranty claim.
2. Diagnose vehicles for manufacturing defects or fault on account of poor workmanship, prepare and submit report to direct manager.
3. Collect faulty parts from the Foreman, label and store and tag for future reference.
4. Follow up with the assigned branches for the recalled cases as per the notification received from TMC to avoid any legal and/or technical consequences.
5. Invoice and prepare warranty claim with labor operation number, spare parts number, and failure cords as per the SOPs of TMC.
6. Verify and prepare warranty claims using SAP Warranty portal on regular basis.
7. Confirm warranty claim parameters and exact limitations of claim submission to avoid claim Rejection.
8. Ensure delivering and highlighting important facts about updates and new service bulletins and technical information to the branch managers and supervisors.  Prepare periodic and ad hoc reports and presentations.
 Document and maintain records of activities and process workflows on the internal communication portals.
 Adhere to Al-Sayer Group policies and health and safety regulations.
 Perform other duties as requested by management.
