Job Summary/Purpose:
Provide the customer with the right parts in order to achieve set sales targets, NPS, CSI and maintain the Retail Standards As per DPOK specified by TMC.
Responsibilities:
1. Receive the customers parts enquiries and detect the applicable part numbers from Electronic Parts Catalogue
2. Provide right parts information (Price, availability, ETA).
3. Negotiate on discounts and use upselling skills to promote Toyota genuine parts.
4. Prepare quotations with terms and conditions and follow up with sales prospects until the realization of the order.
5. Create loss of sales with valid reasons for inventory notification and further action in SAP.
6. Provide customer with ETA information based on daily order cutoff time and delivery schedules from PDC.
7. Follow up with warehouse team on the daily orders and update the customer about the ETA in case any delay occur.
8. Generate back orders upon customer requests as per company policy and fulfill the orders in coordination with PDC and Inventory departments.
9. Coordinate with Parts Customer Relations team and update customers on Parts arrivals (ETA) in case special order placed under customer BP.
10. Create invoices and quotations with customer information and update if required through Parts Customer Relations team.
11. Verify the condition of customer returned parts and forward to Supervisor for approval before confirming to the customer.
12. Maintain Retails Standards as per DPOK standards.
13. Special order managed with 100% down payment from customer and keep a track record in order to monitor the ETA changes, customer follow up until deal close.
14. Maintain cash desk whenever required as per finance department guidelines.
15. Identify areas for improvement and recommend kaizen ideas or suggestions to Manager.
