Career Opportunities: Sales Associate Trainee, Vehicle Personal Leasing (14440)

Job Summary/Purpose:
Promote Al Sayer's personal vehicle rental and leasing services, achieve sales targets, and grow customer portfolios.

1. Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate personal leasing options.
2. Prepare leasing quotations and agreements in line with company policies and facilitate a seamless contract signing process for the customers.
3. Identify and follow up on potential personal leasing opportunities.
4. Ensure timely and efficient vehicle handover.
5. Coordinate with Invoicing and Credit Department for issuance of invoices and timely approvals.
6. Stay updated on leasing options, models, prices, and promotions.
7. Adress customer queries and resolve issues quickly; escalate unresolved cases to the Line Manager.
8. Record all customer interactions, transactions, and follow-ups accurately in the CRM system.
9. Achieve assigned sales targets and individual KPIs and provide support to the Leasing Team.

 People Management:
1. NA
 Prepare periodic and ad hoc reports and presentations.
 Document and maintain records of activities and process workflows on internal communication portals.
 Adhere to Al-Sayer Group policies and health and safety regulations.
 Perform other duties as requested by management.
