Career Opportunities: Service Advisor Entry Level, Rental Customer Relations (14476)

Job Summary/Purpose:
Provide support to customers regarding vehicle service and repair requirements, maintaining a professional standard.

Responsibilities:

 Operational:
1. Serve as the initial contact for customers, receive vehicles for service, open job cards, and handle inquiries and complaints.
2. Receive and greet customers politely, address customer concerns, and accurately document vehicle issues or service requests.
3. Open repair orders and communicate customer needs to the workshop team clearly.
4. Inspect the vehicles received from customers and register the damages, dents, issues etc on the check list and provide them with the estimated time for the service required.
5. Coordinate with workshop team and technicians to track vehicle repair status and update customers regularly.
6. Prepare service estimates and assist in explaining costs and timelines to customers.
7. Inform customers when periodic maintenance is due and provide details about its benefits and requirements to meet company standards.
8. Provide customers with full-service details and follow up to confirm satisfaction.
9. Enter the required data to receive and close the job card and record vehicle movements between locations.
10. Issue Gate Passes and ensure correct distribution to facilitate the timely delivery of a customer's outgoing vehicle.
11. Ensure serviced vehicles are clean by coordinating with drivers and car washers.
12. Maintain a clean and well-organized service reception area.

 Prepare periodic and ad hoc reports and presentations.
 Document and maintain records of activities and process workflows on internal communication portals.
 Adhere to Al-Sayer Group policies and health and safety regulations.
 Perform other duties as requested by management.
