Job Summary/Purpose:
Assign service tasks to designated technicians, oversee their performance regarding productivity, utilization, and service quality, and offer support as needed.

1. Organize the vehicle servicing and repair activities including receiving and delivering vehicles as scheduled and according to priorities defined, and coordinate with Service advisors and garage staff.
2. Update the Job Card status on the control board and distribute cards to technicians.
3. Ensure the actual time booking of technicians using available clock-ON/OFF device before forwarding the Workshop Copy to Data Entry staff for further processing.
4. Receive job cards after work completion, confirm the job results entered by technicians and add additional remarks, if any.
5. Coordinate with job controllers/service advisors for optimum workshop loading.
6. Inspect the vehicle after technicians have completed their work, prior to sending it to the quality controller or road tester for assessment.
7. Review vehicles after road tests, identify issues, and advise technicians on necessary corrections.
8. Investigate repeat repair vehicles, determine causes, and take corrective action, advise Workshop Supervisor on prevention measures.
9. Communicate timely about any expected delay in the job completion (PDT revision) for different reasons like additional findings, warranty approval etc.
10. Create quotation in SAP DBM for the additional jobs and provide the Service Advisor with estimated time of job completion, if approved.
11. Conduct regular toolbox meetings with team members to ensure 2-way communication with the team and record meeting minutes.
12. Coordinate with the Branch Safety Coordinator to maintain safety standards within their area of supervision and conduct regular safety meetings.
13. Represent the team in quality system improvement discussions for the assigned area.
People Management:

Prepare periodic and ad hoc reports and presentations.
Document and maintain records of activities and process workflows on internal communication portals.
Adhere to Al-Sayer Group policies and health and safety regulations.
