About this Role:

At MetLife, we are introducing an Emirati placement program to get acquainted with all departments and functions, where we are seeking highly motivated and enthusiastic fresh graduates of all degrees to join the team across all functions, including but not limited to Audit, Actuary, Bancassurance, Procurement, Employee Benefits, etc. for Dubai office.

During this program, you will receive an intensive training on MetLife’s culture and insurance products. At the end of the program, if you are successful, you will get the opportunity to have a long-term career with MetLife.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development and implementation of active campaigns across departments
• Collaborate with the respective department teams to create and execute strategies
• Work on ongoing projects in respective departments
