We’re currently seeking full-time team members with open availability. This is a hybrid role where servers are cross-trained in hosting, with a clear path to bartending for those who demonstrate strong performance and commitment.

Ember & Greens is a rapidly expanding, family-owned local restaurant. Renowned for our rich flavors, unique dishes and beautiful plating that satisfy a broad range of palettes and dietary preferences, we boast a 4.6 rating on Google and 4.5 on Yelp. We're on the hunt for dedicated, passionate, and reliable individuals to amplify our team and consistently deliver memorable dining moments.

With a proven concept, we're scouting for potential leaders across all roles to support our growth vision. We are looking to hire Servers and Bartenders. Promotions to bartending or management roles are performance-based, and we mostly promote from within. While we're on a fast track to growth, our commitment to excellence and team fit remains non-negotiable when considering staffing and promotions.

Compensation Insights: We value transparency, especially when it comes to compensation. Our servers earned an average hourly wage ranging from $16.69 to $25.82, inclusive of tips and a base rate of $2.13/hr. Please note that these figures can vary based on seasonal demands and individual performances and are not guaranteed.
