Drive one -to- one counselling from grade 8-10 to help students and their parents –
Interpret Psychometric and Aptitude tests outcome
Help them choose the right – fit career option and relevant subject stream(s)
Give activity recommendations to build their profile and demonstrate interests aligned with their career and stream choice
Drive one – to – one counselling from grade 11-12 to help students and their parents –
Select the right -fit course, college, country and exam for their undergraduate education
Create and execute a comprehensive plan for a successful application
Guide them to craft stellar essays / personal statements for their applications
Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely submission of transcripts, LORs and other relevant documents for university applications.

Bachelor's degree with a min of 60% in aggregate marks. Master’s degree from an institution in UK, Canada, Aus. or the US is a big plus.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and engage with diverse students, parents, and community organizations.
In depth knowledge of undergrad admissions to top universities across the globe.
Excellent written communication skill pertaining to English language with thorough understanding of SOP / Essays / Personal Statement for university admissions.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.
At least 2 years of experience in admissions consulting / undergrad level for top universities / ivy league
