Elite DNA Behavioral Health is seeking a strategic and resourceful Careers Marketing Program Manager to lead initiatives that attract top talent and strengthen internal communication across our growing network of clinics. This role bridges Marketing and HR, playing a vital part in promoting our culture externally and enriching it internally. Ideal candidates have a strong background in employer branding, recruitment marketing, and employee communications—and thrive in collaborative, purpose-driven environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Employer Branding & Talent Marketing

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies that position Elite DNA as a top employer in behavioral health.
  • Lead the development of key careers and campaign messaging that builds confidence in Elite DNA’s brand and attracts candidates aligned with our business model and values.
  • Manage the creation, development, and distribution of print and promotional materials.
  • Direct content strategy, and develop, execute and measure compelling blog posts, social media posts, employee stories, videos, and email newsletters using tools like WordPress.
  • Partner with Growth and HR to promote critical job openings, aligning marketing initiatives with organizational hiring goals and branding standards.
  • Lead and oversee SEO content marketing strategies and digital advertising programs to increase our visibility.
  • Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, campaign analytics, and internal performance metrics to optimize strategies, ultimately improving ROI.
  • Guide agency in developing and executing traditional media and media relations.
  • Maintain the integrity and consistency of employer brand profiles across platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and Glassdoor to ensure a compelling and aligned representation of Elite DNA’s culture and values.
  • Create and manage email marketing programs designed to build, nurture, and engage a targeted talent pool—keeping prospective candidates informed, inspired, and connected to Elite DNA’s mission and career opportunities.
  • Manage the day-to-day content and direction of the Careers website, ensuring information is accurate, engaging, and aligned with current hiring needs; collaborate with the web team to implement large-scale updates that enhance user experience and support future growth.
  • Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, and candidate preferences to refine marketing tactics continually.
  • Lead discovery of marketing tools and innovation that continually evolve the Careers brand.
  • Oversee budgeting for Careers marketing projects, ensuring efficient allocation of resources across channels while maintaining high-quality output.

Internal Marketing & Communications

  • Lead internal communication efforts to promote employee engagement, cultural alignment, and organizational transparency.
  • Develop and distribute internal newsletters, leadership updates, and campaign communications.
  • Support and promote initiatives related to culture, values, wellness, training, and staff recognition.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners including HR, Clinical Operations, and leadership to ensure unified internal messaging.
  • Consult with stakeholders on internal events and company-wide initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising or Communications.
  • 3–5 years of experience in a dedicated marketing role such as recruitment marketing, employer branding, or internal communications role—healthcare or multi-site organizations a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop strategy, manage complex projects, and execute hands-on implementation.
  • Experience in data analytics and marketing measurement.
  • Excellent writing, content creation, and visual storytelling skills.
  • Firm understanding of digital and social media platform landscapes and the ability to use platforms like LinkedIn and Facebook.
  • Experience in managing traditional advertising, communications strategy, and media relations.
  • Proficiency in tools like Canva, WordPress, Constant Contact, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Monday or similar platforms.
  • Strong interpersonal and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.

Schedule & Location:

This is a full-time, M-F in-office role
