Caregiver

Overview:

We are seeking compassionate individuals to join our team as Caregivers. As a Caregiver, you will play a crucial role in providing essential care and support to individuals in need.

Duties:

- Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, grooming, and toileting
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- Administer medication reminders as per client's care plan
- Assist with light housekeeping tasks and meal preparation
- Monitor and report any changes in client's condition to the appropriate healthcare professionals
- Support clients with mobility assistance and transfers
- Ensure client safety and well-being at all times

Requirements:

- Experience or training in caregiving, nursing, or a related field is preferred
- Knowledge of resident rights and behavior management techniques
- Familiarity with dementia care and hospice care practices
- Ability to lift and assist clients with mobility needs
- Strong interpersonal skills and empathy towards senior care recipients
- Understanding of patient care principles and home care procedures
