Responsibilities

• Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, toileting, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance the quality of life for clients.
• Offer medication reminders and basic health monitoring.
• Support with mobility and transfers.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment by performing light housekeeping duties.
• Document patient observations and report any concerns to supervising staff.
• Provide specialized care for individuals with Alzheimer’s or dementia as needed.

Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle (Required)
• High school diploma or GED
• Previous caregiving experience required
• Strong communication skills, patience, and compassion
• Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends

Schedule:

• Day shift. Weekend shifts available.
• Part-time and full time positions available
• Hiring for York and surrounding towns
• Flexible scheduling with consistent clients
