Responsibilities

• Provide attentive care to elderly and special need individuals ensuring their safety and comfort at all times
• Meal prep, light house cleaning
• Assist with daily routine adls
• Support daily activities playtime, and behavior management techniques
• Implement safety protocols including first aid procedures when necessary and maintain a safe environment
• Collaborate with families or guardians to understand individual needs and preferences
• Manage caregiving tasks efficiently while fostering a warm, nurturing atmosphere

Experience

• Prior experience working with elderly and special need individuals.
• Familiarity with behavior management
• Certification in first aid and CPR is highly desirable
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively with individuals with disabilities or special needs is a plus
