Duties

• Provide attentive care to infants, toddlers, and children, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times
• Support early childhood development through engaging activities, teaching, and age-appropriate play
• Assist with daily routines such as feeding, diapering, bathing, and nap times for young children
• Implement behavior management strategies to promote positive social interactions and emotional growth
• Collaborate with families and team members to create personalized care plans tailored to each child's needs
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment in accordance with health and safety standards
• Use classroom experience and childcare techniques to foster learning opportunities for children of various ages

Requirements

• Prior experience working with children in settings such as daycare, preschool, babysitting, or nannying is highly preferred
• Knowledge of childhood development principles and early childhood education practices
• Certification in first aid and CPR is required; additional certifications related to caregiving or special needs are a plus
• Experience working with individuals with disabilities or behavioral challenges is advantageous
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities with patience, compassion, and professionalism
• Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with families and team members
• Willingness to undergo background checks and adhere to licensing requirements for childcare providers
