Duties

• Provide attentive care to children of various ages, including infants and toddlers, ensuring their safety and comfort at all times
• Assist with daily routines such as feeding, bathing, diapering, and nap schedules in accordance with individual needs
• Engage children in age-appropriate activities that promote learning, social skills, and emotional development
• Support children with disabilities by implementing tailored care plans and encouraging participation in activities
• Manage behavior using positive reinforcement techniques and effective behavior management strategies
• Maintain open communication with parents or guardians regarding daily progress and any concerns
• Support early childhood education initiatives by teaching foundational skills and fostering a nurturing classroom environment

Requirements

• Prior experience working with children in settings such as daycare, preschool, babysitting, or nannying is highly preferred
• Knowledge of childhood development principles and early childhood education practices
• Certification in first aid and CPR to ensure safety during emergencies
• Experience caring for infants, toddlers, or children with special needs is a strong plus
• Ability to implement behavior management strategies effectively and compassionately
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with families and team members
• Demonstrated patience, flexibility, and a genuine passion for caregiving and teaching
