Duties

• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support.
• Provide companionship and engage residents in social activities to enhance mental well-being and reduce feelings of isolation
• Support residents with dementia or Alzheimer's disease through specialized memory care techniques and behavior management strategies
• Prepare nutritious meals tailored to individual dietary needs while maintaining cleanliness in meal areas
• Maintain a clean, safe environment by performing light housekeeping duties such as cleaning resident rooms and common areas

Requirements

• Proven experience in senior care, assisted living, nursing homes, or home & community care settings
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with residents, families, and healthcare teams
• Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or disabilities is advantageous

Pay: $15.00 - $1,700.00 per hour
