Caregiver 7pm-7am !!!

Overview
Join our dedicated caregiving team as a compassionate and energetic Caregiver working overnight shifts from 7pm to 7am! In this vital role, you will provide exceptional support and care to residents in a long-term care or assisted living environment. Your positive attitude, attention to detail, and commitment to resident well-being will help create a safe, comfortable, and engaging atmosphere for those you serve. Duties

• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support
• Provide companionship and emotional support to promote mental well-being and reduce feelings of isolation
• Maintain accurate care plans, document observations, and report any changes in residents’ health or behavior
• Perform light cleaning duties to ensure a hygienic environment, including laundry, room tidying, and sanitation tasks

Qualifications

• Previous experience in group home settings, assisted living facilities, nursing homes, or home & community care preferred
• Knowledge of patient observation techniques
• Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, autism, dementia (including Alzheimer’s and memory care), or other cognitive impairments
• Ability to lift heavy objects safely and assist residents with mobility using proper techniques and equipment
• Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and family members while maintaining confidentiality
• Compassionate attitude with a genuine desire to improve the quality of life for residents

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
