A Day in the Life

As a Caregiver or CNA, you are the heart of our community. You will provide hands-on care and emotional support to residents in Assisted Living and/or Memory Care while helping them maintain dignity, comfort, and independence.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living (ADLs)

• Supporting resident care plans and documenting services provided

• Providing compassionate, patient-centered care with a positive attitude

• Ensuring resident safety and comfort during overnight hours

• Collaborating with team members to create a calm, supportive environment

• Enhancing residents’ quality of life with kindness, respect, and a friendly smile

Qualifications

• Caregiver or CNA certification preferred

• Assisted Living or Memory Care experience preferred

• Ability to work overnight hours (10p–6a)

• Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented mindset

• Passion for serving seniors and making a meaningful impact
