POSITION SUMMARY</h2>
The Regional Director of Sales and Marketing is responsible for supporting multiple communities by driving occupancy, improving sales performance, and developing community-based sales leaders.
This role partners closely with Executive Directors and Community Marketing Directors to strengthen sales execution, ensure consistent follow-up practices, and improve conversion performance across all stages of the sales funnel.<h2 class="jobSectionHeader">
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES</h2>
Provide hands-on coaching and support to community sales teams to improve performance and accountability.
Drive occupancy growth through effective sales strategies, lead management, and conversion optimization.
Analyze and improve key metrics including inquiry-to-tour, tour-to-deposit, and deposit-to-move-in ratios.
Ensure communities are consistently tour-ready and delivering strong first impressions.
Train and mentor Community Marketing Directors on sales techniques, follow-up processes, and CRM utilization.
Support the execution of community marketing events that drive traffic and engagement.
Partner with operations leadership to align sales strategy with community performance goals.
Monitor sales pipeline activity and provide actionable insights to leadership.
Travel extensively to assigned communities to provide on-site support and leadership.<h2 class="jobSectionHeader">
QUALIFICATIONS</h2>
2&ndash;3+ years of experience in senior living, assisted living, or healthcare sales
Previous experience in a regional or multi-site leadership role preferred
Strong understanding of sales funnels, CRM systems, and lead conversion strategies
Proven ability to coach and develop sales teams
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment

Position Summary</h1>
The Receptionist is responsible for greeting residents, families, visitors, prospective residents, and associates in a warm, professional, and service-oriented manner while serving as the communication hub of the community.
This role provides administrative and clerical support while ensuring a welcoming atmosphere and positive experience for everyone entering or contacting the community.
