Charter Senior Living is seeking a talented and versatile Visual Content Designer (Graphic Designer) to support our growing portfolio of senior living communities nationwide.
This role is ideal for a creative professional who thrives in a fast-paced marketing environment and enjoys designing across digital, social, and print platforms. You will play a key role in strengthening our brand presence while supporting both corporate and community-level marketing initiatives.

What You&rsquo;ll Do
Digital &amp; Social Design<ul><li>
Design engaging creative for:<ul><li>
Social media (Meta, LinkedIn, etc.)</li><li>
Websites and landing pages</li><li>
Email campaigns</li><li>
Digital advertising</li></ul></li><li>
Create platform-optimized social graphics aligned with current trends</li><li>
Support campaign concepting and visual storytelling</li></ul>
Print &amp; Marketing Collateral<ul><li>
Develop brochures, flyers, signage, ads, and sales materials</li><li>
Produce event and community marketing materials</li><li>
Prepare press-ready files for print production</li><li>
Ensure brand consistency across all deliverables</li></ul>
Cross-Functional Collaboration<ul><li>
Partner with Marketing, Sales, and Operations teams</li><li>
Support community-level marketing needs nationwide</li><li>
Maintain and enforce Charter brand standards</li><li>
Manage multiple creative projects and deadlines</li></ul>
Qualifications
Required<ul><li>
Associate&rsquo;s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)</li><li>
3+ years professional graphic design experience</li><li>
Strong portfolio demonstrating digital and print work</li><li>
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)</li><li>
Experience designing for social media platforms</li><li>
Strong understanding of typography, layout, color, and branding</li><li>
Excellent organization and time management skills</li><li>
Ability to accept feedback and collaborate effectively</li></ul>
Preferred<ul><li>
Senior living or healthcare marketing experience</li><li>
Knowledge of digital marketing performance metrics</li><li>
Motion graphics or video editing experience</li></ul>

Work Environment &amp; Requirements<ul><li>
Ability to sit, stand, walk, and use standard computer equipment</li><li>
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally</li><li>
Valid driver&rsquo;s license required</li><li>
