Charter Senior Living of Davison is hiring a compassionate and dependable Medication Technician (Med Tech) for our overnight 7pm–7am shift. No prior medication certification is required—we proudly provide paid, in-house training to ensure you are fully prepared and confident in your role.

Medication Technician (Med Tech) – Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will support residents overnight by:

• Assisting with medication administration following community policies

• Accurately documenting medication assistance and resident observations

• Monitoring residents for changes in condition and reporting concerns

• Providing reassurance, safety checks, and resident support overnight

• Assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs) as needed

• Maintaining a clean, organized medication cart and work area

• Following safety, infection control, and confidentiality standards

• Working collaboratively with caregivers, nurses, and leadership

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in assisted living, senior care, caregiving, or healthcare support preferred

• Willingness to complete paid in-house medication training

• Ability to work overnight 7pm–7am shifts

• Strong attention to detail and reliability

• Compassionate, resident-focused mindset

• Team-oriented attitude and willingness to learn
