Pay: $19.00 – $21.00 per hour

Shifts Available:
Full-Time Night Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Part-Time Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Part-Time Evening Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
Every other weekend required

POSITION SUMMARY

Licensed Registered Medication Aides are key support providers for our residents. This role is responsible for medication administration, assisting with activities of daily living, and supporting individualized care plans.

You will help ensure residents maintain their dignity, comfort, and quality of life while working closely with the care team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Administer medications safely and accurately per physician orders

Monitor residents for changes in condition and report concerns

Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs)

Document care and medication administration accurately

Provide compassionate support and companionship

Maintain a safe, clean, and organized environment

Collaborate with nurses and care team members

QUALIFICATIONS

Active Licensed Registered Medication Aide (RMA) certification required

Previous experience in assisted living, memory care, or healthcare preferred

Knowledge of medication administration and safety practices

Strong attention to detail and documentation skills

Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Compassionate and resident-focused mindset

Ability to work assigned shifts and every other weekend
