Pay: $120,000 – $140,000 per year

Charter Senior Living is seeking a results-driven and experienced Regional Director of Sales and Marketing to support and elevate occupancy across multiple communities in the Tennessee market.

This is a high-impact, field-based leadership role designed for a strong operator who thrives in a multi-site environment, excels at coaching community sales teams, and is passionate about driving census growth in assisted living and memory care.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

Minimum 2–3 years of experience in assisted living or senior living sales and marketing

Proven success in a multi-site or regional sales role

Ability and willingness to travel up to 90%

Strong track record of improving occupancy, conversion ratios, and lead management processes

POSITION SUMMARY

The Regional Director of Sales and Marketing is responsible for supporting multiple communities by driving occupancy, improving sales performance, and developing community-based sales leaders.

This role partners closely with Executive Directors and Community Marketing Directors to strengthen sales execution, ensure consistent follow-up practices, and improve conversion performance across all stages of the sales funnel.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide hands-on coaching and support to community sales teams to improve performance and accountability.

Drive occupancy growth through effective sales strategies, lead management, and conversion optimization.

Analyze and improve key metrics including inquiry-to-tour, tour-to-deposit, and deposit-to-move-in ratios.

Ensure communities are consistently tour-ready and delivering strong first impressions.

Train and mentor Community Marketing Directors on sales techniques, follow-up processes, and CRM utilization.

Support the execution of community marketing events that drive traffic and engagement.

Partner with operations leadership to align sales strategy with community performance goals.

Monitor sales pipeline activity and provide actionable insights to leadership.

Travel extensively to assigned communities to provide on-site support and leadership.

QUALIFICATIONS

2–3+ years of experience in senior living, assisted living, or healthcare sales

Previous experience in a regional or multi-site leadership role preferred

Strong understanding of sales funnels, CRM systems, and lead conversion strategies

Proven ability to coach and develop sales teams

Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment

Willingness and ability to travel up to 90%
