Sales and Marketing Director (Wellness and Medical Weight Loss)

We are seeking an ambitious, highly organized, sales-minded professional to become a key driver of our continued growth.

This is not a passive administrative position.

We are looking for someone who enjoys talking with people, building relationships, tracking numbers, creating opportunities, and helping convert prospects into long-term members. The ideal candidate is equally comfortable making calls, analyzing spreadsheets, coordinating marketing campaigns, and closing high-value programs.

What You'll DoSales & Client Acquisition

  • Contact and nurture new leads generated through marketing campaigns
  • Schedule consultations and first visits
  • Confirm appointments and improve show rates
  • Reactivate former clients and inactive leads
  • Conduct follow-up calls and outreach campaigns
  • Assist with consultations and sales conversations
  • Recommend memberships, services, and wellness programs
  • Upsell existing members into appropriate services and programs
  • Help achieve monthly sales and revenue goals

Marketing & Community Engagement

  • Assist with daily social media activity and content coordination
  • Support internal marketing campaigns and promotions
  • Coordinate external marketing initiatives and community outreach
  • Track campaign performance and lead generation metrics
  • Assist in creating marketing materials and promotional campaigns
  • Work closely with leadership and marketing vendors to improve ROI

Administration & Reporting

  • Maintain lead tracking spreadsheets and reporting systems
  • Monitor scheduled appointments, show rates, and sales outcomes
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports
  • Track marketing performance and return on investment
  • Manage CRM updates and data accuracy
  • Support administrative projects and operational initiatives

Qualifications Required

  • Minimum 3+ years of sales experience
  • Proven experience in high-ticket, consultative, or relationship-based sales
  • Strong phone skills and confidence initiating conversations
  • Excellent organization and time management abilities
  • Experience with spreadsheets, reporting, and tracking performance metrics
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Professional communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment

Preferred

  • Experience in wellness, fitness, healthcare, aesthetics, medical weight loss, or hospitality
  • Experience with CRM systems
  • Experience with social media management and marketing campaigns
  • Previous leadership or management experience
  • Marketing, sales, business, or communications background

Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
