Your Role

As a Caregiver/HHA/CNA, you are a key support provider ensuring residents remain safe, comfortable, and well cared for during your shift

Key Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs)

• Provide safety checks

• Support mobility and toileting needs

• Observe and report changes in resident condition

• Follow care plans and document services provided

• Provide calm, reassuring resident support

• Collaborate with nursing and care team

This is relationship-based care — even overnight, your presence makes a meaningful difference.

Qualifications

• Active HHA or CNA certification preferred (Massachusetts)

• Assisted Living, Memory Care, or home care experience preferred

• Ability to work part time schedule

• Dependable, compassionate, and team-oriented

• Strong communication and attendance reliability
