Position Overview:

We are seeking compassionate & dependable Resident Caregivers to join our Assisted Living Team!

Key Responsibilities:

• To perform or assist the resident with completing Activities of Daily Living (ADL).

• Provide overnight supervision to ensure resident safety and security.

• Respond to residents call lights to provide maximum comfort, safety and privacy.

• Perform routine rounds & wellness checks

• Assist with laundry duties/light housekeeping as needed.

• Report any significant findings/observations to nurse immediately.

• Document care provided & any changes in condition/needs to Nurse Staff

• To provide & respect home-life atmosphere for residents

Qualifications:

• Previous Caregiver or Certified/State Tested Nursing Assistant in the state employed; certificate must be active, valid, and in good standing.

• Ability to work overnights.

• Strong communication & observation skills.
