About the Role

Join Firefly Home Care as an overnight caregiver, helping older adults age safely and comfortably in their homes. This role is perfect if you’re dependable, compassionate, and want meaningful work. Flexible schedules available—full-time, part-time, or PRN overnight shifts.

Responsibilities

• Overnight companionship and wellness checks

• Personal care and mobility support

• Medication reminders and daily assistance

• Communication with the office team

No formal caregiving experience required—many of our caregivers started by helping family or neighbors. We provide paid orientation, training, and a personal mentor to ensure your success.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED

• Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and insurance

• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen

• Clear, professional communication

CNA/HHA experience is a plus, but not required. Character and reliability matter most.
