1000$ sign on bonus (break down to 250 after 3 months, 250 after 6 months and 500 after 1 year anniversary). 500$ referral bonus to refer a friend to work ( paid after 6 months of new hire stay with the company).

Mileage reimbursement when travel from 1 job to another job. 1.5 times pay when pick up emergency shifts for call outs

Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with personal care (bathing, grooming, toileting)
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding
• Light housekeeping and laundry
• Medication reminders
• Companionship and emotional support
• Monitor and report changes in client condition

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior caregiving experience (preferred)
• CPR/First Aid certification (a plus)
• Patience, compassion, and reliability
• Valid driver’s license and owns reliable transportation vehicle as well
