Your Role as a Personal Care Aide/ Caregiver

As part of our compassionate care team, you will:

• Assist with personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing)
• Support mobility and safe transfers
• Provide meaningful companionship and engagement
• Help with light housekeeping and meal preparation
• Offer medication reminders (per state guidelines)
• Communicate with families and care team members
• Document services using our electronic system

Your care helps seniors maintain independence and dignity in the comfort of their own homes.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking dependable, caring individuals who have:

• Minimum age of 18
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous caregiving or healthcare experience (preferred)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation & insurance
• Ability to safely lift up to 25 lbs
