About the Role:
We are hiring an experienced caregiver to help an Arizona resident with a developmental disability live an independent, safe, and fulfilling life.
You will:
- Offer gentle assistance with daily routines such as personal care, meals, and light household tasks
- Provide companionship and emotional support, building trusting relationships through kindness and patience
- Encourage independence by supporting life skills, hobbies, and personal goals at a comfortable pace
- Follow individualized support plans with care and attentiveness, honoring each person’s unique needs and preferences
- Observe and share important updates to help ensure consistent, thoughtful care
- Create a peaceful, supportive environment where individuals feel valued and heard
Requirements:
- Reliable transportation and driver's license
- 1 year of experience caregiving for an individual with cerebral palsy, with an intellectual disability, in need of bowel and bladder care.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds
- Valid CPR & first aid certifications
- Article 9 training
- Valid level 1 finger print clearance card
- Availability Friday & Saturday 5:00pm - 9:00pm

Pay: $19.00 per hour
