Scheduling Flexibility: We offer part-time and per-diem roles, allowing you to work as many or as few shifts as you need to fit your schedule. While we strive to fill your availability, we can't guarantee full-time hours for care staff. Part-Time/Per Diem (Weekdays, Weekends, Nights)

Responsibilities:

• Provide personal care and hygiene support (bathing, grooming, toileting).
• Assist with mobility and transfers, ensuring client safety.
• Administer medication reminders and assist with management.
• Foster emotional well-being through companionship and social activities.
• Prepare nutritious meals based on dietary needs.
• Maintain a clean-living environment with light housekeeping.
• Document care and report changes in client conditions.

Requirements:

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience: Preferred experience with young adults, adults, elderly, or disabled individuals.
• Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Transportation: Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license required.
• Background Check: Must pass a criminal background check and drug screening.
• Flexibility: Willingness to work nights and weekends is a plus.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Comfortable with bending, standing, and navigating stairs.
