Summary

We are seeking a Personal Assistant to join our team at Cardinal Ridge. In this role, you will provide essential support to our residents, ensuring their comfort and well-being while contributing to the overall positive atmosphere of our facilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities and personal care needs.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance residents' quality of life.
• Monitor resident health and report any changes or concerns to the appropriate staff.
• Help organize activities and engage residents in social interactions.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for all residents.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.

Requirements

• Experience in residential care or similar settings is preferred.
• Certification in CPR and First Aid is required.
• Strong communication skills and a compassionate demeanor are essential.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently when needed.
• Familiarity with working with individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities is a plus.
