JOB TITLE: Compassionate Caregiver / Personal Support Assistant (Flexible Schedule)

JOB OVERVIEW: Meaningful opportunity in Stuart, Florida for a compassionate, dependable, and trustworthy caregiver to support an adult with special needs in a private home setting.

We are seeking an energetic, patient, and reliable individual who has a genuine heart for caregiving and enjoys helping others maintain comfort, dignity, and quality of life. This is a flexible, approximately 40-hour-per-week position with negotiable pay based on experience and fit.

Certification is not required. Experience with caregiving, special needs support, companionship, behavioral support, or personal assistance is welcomed.

RESPONSIBILITIES: • Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), including personal care, dressing, hygiene, mobility, and daily routines • Provide companionship, encouragement, and emotional support • Accompany on local outings and community walks • Support engagement in enjoyable activities • Maintain a safe, calm, and supportive environment • Light assistance with routine tasks as needed • Communicate clearly and professionally with family

IDEAL CANDIDATE: • Trustworthy and dependable • Compassionate and patient • Emotionally mature and attentive • Experience with special needs, caregiving, disability support, autism, developmental disabilities, or personal care preferred • Strong communication skills • Reliable transportation preferred • CPR/First Aid a plus (not required)
