Wednesday - Sunday, 7:00AM - 4:00PM, San Jose

Monday - Friday, 7:30AM - 4:00PM, LEAD CAREGIVER, $23/hour [must have own vehicle]

Tuesday-Thursday, 9:00AM - 2:00PM, San Jose

Monday - Friday, 7:30AM - 4:00PM, Santa Cruz

Job Responsibilities

Companionship, light housekeeping, meal preparation

Medication reminders, running errands, transportation to appointments

Assisting with activities of daily living and specialized Alzheimer’s/Dementia care

Agency and State Requirements

must have previous Caregiving or other similar experience

ability to work independently and follow care plans accurately

strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients, families, and healthcare professionals

able to get a valid home care aide license through the CDSS Guardian; we'll help you get it if you don't have one

able to pass a background check

able to provide a valid negative TB test
