Caregiving and Nursing Assistant Trainer

We are looking for a qualified and experienced Caregiving and Nursing Assistant Trainer to join our team on a part-time basis (Sundays only). The ideal candidate must have strong subject knowledge and be confident in delivering practical and theory-based training sessions.

In addition to healthcare training, the candidate must be very proficient in computers, as they will also be responsible for teaching basic Office Management and computer-related subjects to students.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver training in Caregiving and Nursing Assistant programs
• Conduct practical demonstrations and theory sessions
• Teach basic computer skills and Office Management
• Prepare lesson plans, training materials, and assessments
• Monitor student progress and provide guidance
• Maintain professional classroom standards

Requirements:

• Relevant qualification in Nursing / Healthcare / Caregiving
• Prior teaching or training experience preferred
• Strong computer skills (MS Office, documentation, basic office systems)
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Ability to manage classroom effectively

Preferred (Added Advantage):

• English proficiency certifications such as IELTS, OET, or equivalent
• Previous training center experience

Availability:

• Must be available on Sundays
• Immediate joining preferred
