Job Description
AURA Care Services is currently hiring compassionate Caregivers, HHAs, PCAs, and Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to join our growing network of independent contractors. This is a 1099 contract position, not W-2 employment, offering flexibility and control over your schedule.

As an independent Carepartner, you will provide in-home care, companion care, and personal care services to seniors and individuals needing assistance. This role focuses on supporting Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) while promoting independence, dignity, and quality of life.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care: bathing, grooming, dressing assistance
• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
• Support mobility and safe transfers
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Assist with meal preparation and feeding
• Offer medication reminders (non-medical)
• Deliver care for clients with dementia, Alzheimer’s, or developmental disabilities
• Provide hospice and end-of-life support when needed
• Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment
• Communicate effectively with families and care teams

Qualifications

• Experience as a Caregiver, HHA, PCA, or DSP preferred (not required – training available)
• Knowledge of dementia care, memory care, or hospice care is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate, dependable, and patient-centered
• Ability to assist with lifting, transfers, and mobility support
