Job Description

Kaigo Home Health Care LLP is looking for qualified and compassionate Caretakers to provide dedicated patient care and support at patients’ homes in Trivandrum and surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist patients with daily living activities – feeding, bathing, grooming, toileting, dressing, and mobility.
• Provide bedside care for bedridden patients (positioning, turning, back care, bed sore prevention).
• Support in walking or exercising as advised.
• Offer companionship and emotional support to patients, especially elderly and palliative cases.
• Maintain patient’s hygiene and comfort by keeping the surroundings clean.
• Assist in medication reminders (if trained).
• Help with hospital visits, follow-ups, or doctor consultations if required.
• Report patient’s daily condition and changes to the family or supervising nurse/doctor.

Requirements:

• Minimum SSLC / Plus Two qualification (preferred).
• Experience in patient care / caretaker work (hospital or home care) is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of hygiene, patient handling, and caregiving practices.
• Compassionate, patient-friendly, and responsible attitude.

Pay: ₹19,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
