Job Title: Caretaker – Commercial Building (Kalamasserry)

Location: Kalamasserry

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 (depending on experience)

Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Job Description:

We are seeking a responsible and reliable Caretaker for our medium-sized commercial building located in Kalamasserry. The caretaker will be responsible for the day-to-day upkeep, general maintenance, and smooth functioning of the premises, ensuring a safe and well-maintained environment for tenants and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations and upkeep of the building premises.
• Monitor and ensure cleanliness and orderliness of common areas.
• Coordinate with service providers (housekeeping, security, maintenance vendors, etc.).
• Report and assist in resolving maintenance issues such as plumbing, electrical, and minor repairs.
• Maintain proper records related to building utilities, complaints, and service activities.
• Ensure building safety protocols are followed at all times.
• Support tenants and visitors with basic assistance as required.

Qualification & Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: 10th / 12th pass.
• Prior experience in a caretaker/maintenance or related role preferred.
• Basic knowledge of electrical/plumbing issues will be an added advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Responsible, trustworthy, and able to work independently.
• Candidates residing in and around Kalamassery are most welcome.
