Job Description

We are seeking a meticulous and analytical Cargo Pricing Support Officer to assist in contract management and performance tracking within the Cargo department. The role involves refiling and maintaining contracts, monitoring performance, and executing administrative tasks related to HBSA management.

Key Responsibilities

• Support contract refiling, performance monitoring, and HBSA management system.
• Maintain accuracy in contract documentation and ensure timely updates.
• Prepare and manage performance reports using MS Excel and internal systems.
• Coordinate with relevant teams to support pricing and contract operations.

Skills

• Proficient in MS Excel and comfortable working with numbers.
• Strong organizational and documentation skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in pricing, contracts, or administrative support.
• Fluent in English (verbal and written).
• This is a 1-year contract based in Qatar.
