Carhop/Server (Sat & Sun nights only)

Job Overview
As a Carhop, you will play a vital role in delivering an exceptional dining experience to our customers in a fast-paced environment. Your primary responsibility will be to serve food and beverages directly to customers in their vehicles while ensuring that all orders are accurate and delivered promptly. This position is ideal for individuals who thrive in the food industry and enjoy working in a team-oriented atmosphere. This is a server position, You will receive tips as well as hourly pay.

Duties

• Deliver food and beverages to customers in their vehicles with a friendly and positive attitude.
• Take customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all items are prepared as requested.
• Assist with food preparation and maintain cleanliness in the service area.
• Upsell menu items to enhance the customer experience and increase sales.
• Buss tables and clean up after customers to maintain a tidy environment.
• Manage time effectively to ensure timely service during peak hours.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations and quick service.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations while handling food items.

Experience

• Previous experience in the food industry, particularly in a quick service fast food restaurant or café, is preferred but not required.
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy shifts.
• Basic knowledge of retail math for handling transactions accurately.
• A positive attitude and willingness to help others are essential for success in this role.
• Experience with food preparation techniques is a plus.
