Job Title: Carpentry Supervisor – Fit-OutJob Summary:

The Carpentry Supervisor is responsible for supervising all site carpentry and joinery works related to interior fit-out projects. The role ensures execution as per approved drawings, project timelines, and quality standards while maintaining safety compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise site carpenters and joinery teams for fit-out projects.
• Execute works as per approved shop drawings and project specifications.
• Handle installation of:
• Wooden partitions
• Doors & frames
• Cabinets & wardrobes
• Reception counters
• Wall paneling
• False ceilings (wood-based)
• Custom joinery items
• Coordinate with Project Manager and Site Engineer for daily site activities.
• Plan manpower allocation and daily work schedule.
• Ensure materials are available before starting work.
• Monitor material consumption and reduce wastage.
• Conduct quality checks before client inspection.
• Ensure site safety and housekeeping standards.
• Attend site meetings if required.
• Report daily progress and site issues to management.

Requirements:

• 5–8 years of experience in interior fit-out carpentry.
• Minimum 3 years as Supervisor in UAE fit-out projects.
• Strong knowledge of joinery, furniture installation, and finishing works.
• Ability to read shop drawings and layout plans.
• Good team handling skills.
• Knowledge of site coordination with MEP & civil teams.
• Valid UAE driving license (preferred).
