Carpenter

• Perform carpentry repairs and installations across resort property, including doors, windows, walls, trim, furniture, cabinetry, and decking.
• Construct, remodel, or renovate interior and exterior structures to support resort operations and aesthetic standards.
• Collaborate with facilities on scheduled maintenance, special projects, and emergency repairs.
• Maintain and restore wooden fixtures and furnishings to ensure a high standard of appearance and functionality.
• Ensure all work complies with building codes, safety standards, and resort guidelines.
• Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in guest and non-guest areas.
