Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated individual for the position of <PERSON>. This role is essential in ensuring high-quality construction and restoration work across various projects. The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive skill set in carpentry, construction, and restoration practices, demonstrating proficiency in both hands-on tasks and project management.

Responsibilities

• Perform construction estimating to determine project costs and timelines
• Execute trim and frame carpentry tasks with precision
• Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively to complete various construction projects
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction plans
• Engage in concrete forming, plastering, and rebar installation as required
• Conduct fabrication tasks for custom projects
• Oversee roofing, siding, and fixture installation to ensure structural integrity
• Participate in water damage restoration and mold remediation efforts
• Carry out cabinet installation, door hanging, and maintenance person services as needed
• Implement construction painting techniques for finishing touches on projects
• Assist with metal stud framing, CNC operations, assembly tasks, plumbing, masonry, flooring installation, tile laying, and electrical work when necessary
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment on construction sites

Experience
The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in the following areas:

• Construction estimating and project management
• Trim carpentry and frame carpentry techniques
• Proficiency with hand tools and power tools relevant to the trade
• Previous experience on construction sites with a focus on safety protocols
• Blueprint reading skills for accurate project execution
• Knowledge of concrete forming, plastering, fabrication processes, rebar installation, roofing systems, woodworking techniques, caulking methods, stucco application, heavy lifting requirements, restoration industry practices including water damage restoration and mold remediation
• Familiarity with cabinet installation procedures, door hanging techniques, maintenance person experience across various tasks including construction painting
• Experience in metal stud framing, CNC operations for custom fabrication needs
• Understanding of plumbing systems and masonry work as it pertains to general construction

Pay: $26.30 - $30.67 per hour
