Carpenter

• General Carpentry Work: This includes tasks such as installing, repairing, and maintaining wooden structures, fixtures, furniture, and equipment within the facilities.
• Building Maintenance: Carpenters may be responsible for inspecting buildings for damage or wear and tear, and then performing necessary repairs or replacements to ensure structural integrity and safety.
• Door and Window Installation/Repair: Installing, repairing, and adjusting doors, windows, and their frames as needed.
• Cabinet Making and Installation: Crafting, installing, and repairing cabinets, shelves, and other storage units within the facilities.
• Flooring Installation/Repair: Installing, repairing, or replacing wooden flooring, tiles, laminate, or other types of flooring materials.
• Fixture Installation: Installing fixtures such as handrails, banisters, trim, and molding throughout the facilities.
• Custom Carpentry Projects: Building custom furniture, partitions, or other wooden structures as requested by the facilities management or tenants
