Carpenter – Custom Furniture Joinery

About Us:

We are establishing a custom furniture joinery in Dubai, specializing in high-quality office furniture, including desks, tables cabinets, storage solutions, and more. We are looking for a skilled and experienced Carpenter to join our team and help bring our custom designs to life.

Job Responsibilities:

Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and design specifications.
Cut, shape, and assemble wood, MDF, plywood, and other materials to create custom furniture.
Install hardware, hinges, and fittings with precision.
Operate woodworking machines such as table saws, panel saws, edge banders, and drills.
Perform finishing work such as sanding, polishing, and laminating.
Collaborate with designers, CNC operators, and production teams to meet client requirements.
Maintain a clean and safe workspace.

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Carpenter, preferably in a joinery or woodworking factory.
Experience in office furniture manufacturing (desks, cabinets, chairs, partitions, etc.).
Skilled in using woodworking hand tools, power tools, and machinery.
Ability to work on customized designs and maintain high-quality finishing.
Strong understanding of woodworking joints, laminates, and assembly techniques.
Ability to work independently and within a team to meet project deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with veneer, laminates, and paint finishing is a plus.
Knowledge of CNC machine processes is an advantage.
