Carpenter

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Carpenter to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will build, install, and repair wooden structures, furniture, and frameworks for residential, commercial, and industrial projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
• Measure, cut, shape, and assemble wood, metal, and other materials
• Install frameworks, doors, windows, cabinets, and furniture
• Repair and maintain wooden structures and fixtures
• Ensure work meets safety and quality standards
• Collaborate with site supervisors and other construction trades
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment

Requirements

• Proven experience as a carpenter in construction
• Ability to read technical drawings and blueprints
• Proficient with hand tools, power tools, and woodworking machinery
• Knowledge of materials and woodworking techniques
• Physical strength and stamina
• Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Valid safety certifications (if required locally)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with finishing work (varnishing, staining, etc.)
• Familiarity with construction site safety regulations
• Ability to work on residential, commercial, or industrial projects
