Carpenter

Job Summary:

The Carpenter is responsible for fabricating, assembling, and installing wooden structures for exhibition stands, event booths, and other related setups. The role ensures high-quality workmanship, adherence to designs, and timely completion of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Construct, assemble, and install wooden structures for exhibition stands and event setups according to approved designs and drawings.
• Measure, cut, shape, and join wood or wood-based materials using hand tools and power tools.
• Ensure accurate interpretation of technical drawings and specifications.
• Assist in site installation and dismantling of exhibition stands and event structures.
• Maintain the quality of workmanship and ensure all work meets company standards.
• Collaborate with the Foreman, Project Manager, and other team members to meet deadlines.
• Maintain tools and equipment in proper working condition.
• Ensure adherence to safety procedures and guidelines at all times.
• Report any on-site issues or material shortages promptly.
• Participate in team meetings and provide updates on task progress.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Carpenter, preferably in exhibition, events, or construction projects.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Strong knowledge of woodworking tools, machines, and techniques.
• Attention to detail and quality workmanship.
• Physical stamina and ability to work at heights or in varied environments.
• Understanding of safety standards and procedures.
